Reading and Book Signing

7:00 pm, September 24

In 2007, Waterville author Ron Currie, Jr. captivated the literary

world with God Is Dead, winning the prestigious New York Public

Library Young Lion’s Award for debut fiction and the Academy of

Arts and Letters’ Addison M. Metcalf Award for a “young writer who

shows great promise,” securing his place as one of the rising stars in

Vonnegut, [Currie] seems to understand that in the face of grim and

grave concerns, humor is a more powerful salt than screed.”.

  1. You know it would make life easier if you listed where Farmington is located. No area code for the phone number doesn’t help either.
